Scheduled -
On Wednesday, August 19th at 11pm Central, for 5 hours until the morning of Thursday, August 20th at 4am Central, one of MarketSpark's carrier partners will perform additional failover testing on their calling services.
During this event, switch interfaces will be deliberately disabled in order to verify continued, proper failover operations of call handling platforms. This action will pull one of the data centers out of rotation. It is not expected that customers' inbound or outbound calling will be negatively impacted during the maintenance and testing event. At the conclusion of the test, the disabled data center will be re-enabled, returning it to the rotation.
During the maintenance event, location status reporting from Command Center may be impacted.

For Ericsson/Cradlepoint-equipped locations, beginning Thursday, September 3rd at 7pm Central and endpoint Thursday, September 3rd at 10pm Central, MarketSpark will perform router maintenance.
During the maintenance, each location’s router will undergo software updates that will affect a reboot. During the reboot, the router will be offline and telephone service will be unavailable at the location. The typical update period is expected to be between 5 and 10 minutes at each location. During this maintenance, MarketSpark’s Command Center may report the location as offline via email notifications, within the webUI, or via the Command Center API endpoints and events. Once the maintenance is concluded, normal reporting via Command Center is expected.
