Scheduled - This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with Ericsson/Cradlepoint cellular router equipment. Generally, this means the following product SKUs:

* 100-M2-0004C
* 100-M2-0008C
* 100-M2-0012C
* 100-M2-0016C
* 100-M2-0900C
* 100-M2-1700C

Customer locations utilizing all other non-Ericsson/Cradlepoint cellular router equipment are unaffected.

If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:
https://app.marketspark.com/locations
or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column for "IBR650C," the Ericsson/Cradlepoint router utilized by MarketSpark.

For affected locations, beginning Saturday, March 29th at 4pm pacific time and ending Sunday, March 30th at 3am pacific time, Ericsson/Cradlepoint will perform maintenance on their NetCloud Manager service.

While this maintenance is in progress, all MarketSpark equipment will continue to operate normally at the customer site, servicing all calling, in an interrupted fashion.

However, during the maintenance, MarketSpark will not be able to receive router or power source status updates. This means that, during the window, customers:

1) will see the routers as offline when viewing the equipment or the signal diagnostics card within Command Center

(This will not cause the Locations to go offline in Command Center. Locations will remain online because MarketSpark does not depend on NetCloud Manager's operations to determine Location online/offline state.)

2) will not see current signal levels when viewing the signal diagnostics card

(This will also not cause the Locations to go offline in Command Center.)

3) will not see current power source status when viewing the power source diagnostics card

(The power source will remain in its last known state at the time of the beginning of the maintenance event. It will not generate new power source change events during the maintenance window, it will also not flip to "battery," or cause erroneous customer power source change notifications.)

Once the maintenance is concluded, Ericsson/Cradlepoint will restore API access to NetCloud Manager, and MarketSpark will again be able to provide information in Command Center for the router state and the power source.

The maintenance to be performed by Ericsson/Cradlepoint will affect all customers that utilize NetCloud Manager API services, not just MarketSpark. MarketSpark is unable to alter or adjust this maintenance window for our own customers.

Scheduled - During this action, VoIP Service Platform maintenance will be conducted. The purpose of this maintenance is to improve underlying API functionality for normal customer operations as well as to provide additional capabilities for future features.

No customers are expected to be impacted in any way during this maintenance action. All calling functionality will remain fully operational before, during, and after the maintenance action.
