MarketSpark's Voice Services platform will undergo maintenance the evening of April 24th from 21:01 (9:01pm Pacific Daylight) for approximately 4 hours. During this maintenance window, voice services servers will have software components upgraded. As a part of this maintenance, the servers providing the voice services will individually be taken offline, one-by-one for upgrades. It is possible, but unlikely, that an in-progress non-emergency call may be cut-off while in-progress - emergency calls are excluded. Because multiple servers will remain online at all times, any made-calls should be processed normally.

On Thursday evening at 21:00 (9pm Pacific Daylight) for 1 hour, a maintenance action will occur affecting AUS SIMs.
For the small number of MarketSpark customers whose equipment includes an AUS-type SIM and for whom that AUS-type SIM is the active SIM, there is a possibility that, during the maintenance window, the SIM may momentarily drop and then restart its data connection. Should this occur, any in-progress telephone calls will be interrupted. If a drop occurs, the data connection will immediately reconnect, but any in-progress calls will need to be made again, they cannot be recovered.
