Scheduled - This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with DataRemote model 9010 equipment. Customer locations utilizing all other DataRemote as well as all non-DataRemote equipment are unaffected.
If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:
or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column.
For affected locations, beginning Monday, March 16th at 9:00pm Central time maintenance that updates the firmware of the affected routers will be performed. This maintenance will cause each router to reboot during the update process. During the update and firmware application process, the router will be briefly offline, not offline for the duration of the maintenance window. Equipment will return to normal function following the firmware updates.

One of MarketSpark's upstream providers has announced a service impacting event with one of their data centers. This event is affecting location status reporting in Command Center for MarketSpark customer locations that route through that data center. The information we have on hand suggests that calling services are not impacted, only location status reporting.
