Update -
The maintenance has been delayed one day.
Feb 12, 2026 - 08:08 PST
Scheduled -
On Wednesday, February 18th, at 11pm Central, one of MarketSpark's carrier partners will perform additional failover testing on their calling services. The maintenance and testing window is expected to last 5 hours, into the morning hours of Wednesday, February 18th. During this event, interfaces will be deliberately disabled in order to verify continued, proper failover operations of call handling platforms. This action will pull one of the data centers out of rotation by deliberately disabling its network interfaces. It is not expected that customers' inbound or outbound calling will be negatively impacted during the maintenance and testing event. At the conclusion of the test, the disabled data center will be re-enabled, returning it to the rotation.

(This maintenance was originally scheduled for Thursday, February 19th from 6pm-8pm central time and has now been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 25th from 6pm-8pm central time.)
On Wednesday, February 25 from 6pm-8pm central time, MarketSpark's engineering team will perform maintenance on our Command Center software platform. During this maintenance, no impact is expected to customers' calling services, customers' routers, or customers' gateways.
During the maintenance:
Customers may experience a brief inability to access Command Center due to propagation of DNS changes.
Location event notifications and visibility of equipment and service status from within Command Center may be delayed.
Customers who have already-logged-in sessions with Command Center may need to log-in again.
API customers are also affected by this notice. Webhook Events API users will see events from an updated, new IP address following this maintenance.
At the conclusion of the maintenance, Command Center is expected to operate normally.
