On May 27th, from 12am Central until 4am Central, InHand will perform maintenance on their router services that feed data consumed by MarketSpark and presented to our customers. During this maintenance event, InHand router online/offline status and signal metrics from within Command Center will be unavailable. This maintenance event will not affect the router's ability to provide services to MarketSpark gateways - calling services will remain uninterrupted.
MarketSpark API users may receive extraneous router up/down or signal status change events from InHand router equipment. Location status will not be affected.
At the conclusion of the maintenance event, all data, within Command Center, as well as within the API is expected to return to normal.
All other equipment types will remain unaffected.

A complete backfill of all missing data has been completed. This incident has been resolved.

Update -
The core problem has been verified as fixed as expected and Call Detail Records are now being ingested for customers affected. A backfill of historical data that was missed during the outage period continues. An update will be provided once that is completed.

Identified -
MarketSpark has identified an issue affecting a subset of our customers. Customer accounts open with MarketSpark 3 or more years are generally unaffected.
Within Command Center, newer customer accounts are missing Call Detail Records from Thursday, May 7th through present. Older Call Detail Records are unaffected and present properly.
The source of the problem has been identified and a fix is scheduled to be implemented this evening, May 13th, during maintenance hours. Following the implementation of the fix, missing Call Detail Records will be backfilled in and correct going forward.
