Re-Scheduled Command Center Maintenance, InHand Router Metrics

Scheduled - UPDATE:
This replaces a previously scheduled maintenance where human error selected the wrong scheduled day in the scheduling box.

MarketSpark engineering will perform maintenance tomorrow, July 16th, at 3pm central / 4pm eastern to update our data-collection connection to InHand router equipment.

Voice calling will be unaffected by this maintenance action.
Location status will be unaffected by this maintenance action (for all locations that have calling services).
Locations with other router equipment types, e.g. Ericsson/Cradlepoint, will be unaffected by this maintenance action.

Customers that utilize MarketSpark Command Center API services, or that log into Command Center's webUI may see their InHand routers as offline during the maintenance action. The routers will not be offline, merely Command Center's representation of their status. This status representation will not impact general Location Status within Command Center's reporting structures.

This action should take less than one hour to complete. At the conclusion of the action, our data-collection connection to InHand router equipment will return to normal function, and reporting will be correct within Command Center's API and webUI.
