This notice affects MarketSpark customer locations using MarketSpark calling services.
Customer locations utilizing other services, such as Managed Serial Access, are unaffected.
Beginning Wednesday, October 29th, from 7:00pm Pacific time and ending Wednesday, October 29th at 8:00pm Pacific time, MarketSpark's upstream carrier partners will perform maintenance on their call processing servers. While this maintenance is in progress, no in-progress calls are expected to be affected. Newly established calls, inbound or outbound, may be slower to setup but should still function normally.
No down time is expected during this maintenance.
