Ericsson / Cradlepoint Router Maintenance Sep 12, 2026 07:00-15:00 PDT
This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with Ericsson/Cradlepoint router equipment.
Customer locations utilizing all other non-Ericsson/Cradlepoint router equipment are unaffected.
If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:
https://app.marketspark.com/locations
or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column.
For Ericsson/Cradlepoint-equippped locations, beginning Saturday, September 12th at 9:00am Central time and ending Saturday, September 12th at 5:00pm Central time, Ericsson/Cradlepoint will perform maintenance on some of their backend platform services.
During this maintenance, data for router status, power source status, and battery state may, at times, be unavailable and/or invalid via both the Command Center UI and API.
During this maintenance, calling services will remain unaffected.
At the conclusion of this maintenance, router, power, and battery information via the Command Center UI and API is expected to return to normal function.
Due to the nature of the events available via the Ericsson/Cradlepoint platform, the Active Route data point within the Command Center Router Diagnostics Card and within the API may be inaccurate, if a state change occurred during the maintenance window, until the next state change occurs.

Calling Services Maintenance Sep 16, 2026 21:00 - Sep 17, 2026 02:00 PDT
On Wednesday, September 16th, at 11pm Central, one of MarketSpark's carrier partners will perform additional failover testing on their calling services. The maintenance and testing window is expected to last 5 hours, into the morning hours of Thursday, September 17th. During this event, interfaces will be deliberately disabled in order to verify continued, proper failover operations of call handling platforms. This action will pull one of the data centers out of rotation by deliberately disabling its network interfaces.
It is not expected that customers' inbound or outbound calling will be negatively impacted during the maintenance and testing event. At the conclusion of the test, the disabled data center will be re-enabled, returning it to the rotation.
