This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with DataRemote equipment.
Customer locations utilizing all other router equipment are unaffected.

If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:

https://app.marketspark.com/locations

or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column.

MarketSpark will be performing router maintenance on DataRemote equipment on the evenings of May 4th and May 5th at 10pm Central time. The maintenance window will last approximately one hour. During this window, routers will reboot in order to apply software updates. Once the reboot and application is complete, the router and location will return to normal function.

Some equipment will be handled during the first maintenance window. Some equipment will be handled during the second maintenance window.
