This notice affects only MarketSpark Customer Locations with InHand model IR302 router equipment. Customers locations utilizing all other equipment, including all other models of InHand brand routers are unaffected.
If you are unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:
or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column.
For affected locations, beginning Monday, April 27th, at 8pm Central time, maintenance that updates the configuration of the affected routers will be performed. This maintenance will cause each router to reboot during the update process. During the reboot process, the router will be briefly offline, not offline for the duration of the maintenance window, and calls will not be processed. Equipment will return to normal function following the configuration update.
