This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with DataRemote equipment.

Customer locations utilizing all other non-DataRemote equipment are unaffected.

If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:

https://app.marketspark.com/locations

or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column for DataRemote or DR-xxxx equipment.

For affected locations, beginning Friday, October 17th at 8pm Pacific time and ending Saturday, October 18th at 2:00am Pacific time, DataRemote will perform emergency maintenance on some of their backend call processing services.

While this maintenance is in progress, no downtime is expected
