This notice affects only MarketSpark customer locations with DataRemote equipment.

Customer locations utilizing all other non-DataRemote equipment are unaffected.

If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:

https://app.marketspark.com/locations

or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column for DataRemote or DR-xxxx equipment.

For affected locations, beginning Thursday, October 29th at 8:00pm Central time and ending Friday, October 30th at 4:00am Central time, DataRemote will perform regular maintenance on some of their backend call processing services.

While this maintenance is in progress, no downtime is expected
