This notice affects MarketSpark customer locations with DataRemote equipment that were not subject to maintenance in March of this year. Customer locations utilizing all other non-DataRemote equipment are unaffected.
If unsure of your equipment types and your affected Locations, Customers can check their equipment types within Command Center by visiting:
or by downloading, from Command Center, their Overview > Organization > Data > Organization Data and checking the EquipmentType column.
Beginning at 8pm Central on Wednesday, October 7th until 4am Central on Thursday, October 8th, DataRemote will perform maintenance on their alarm call processing servers. This maintenance has been split into two windows to prevent customer service impacts. This is the seconds of two maintenance windows for this action.
