Ericsson/Cradlepoint Router and Location Status Inconsistency

On September 22nd, from 4:46pm Central time until September 22nd at 11:35pm, Ericsson/Cradlepoint experienced an issue with their NetCloud Manager platform that resulted in a performance degradation for router online/offline status, among other issues, as per https://status.cradlepoint.com/incidents/rwp64gwygtt1

This degradation impacted some router online/offline status within MarketSpark's Command Center and the Command Center API, as discovered during routine location turn-up activities conducted by MarketSpark.

As of this posting, following Ericsson/Cradlepoint's fixes, all MarketSpark locations appear to be reporting correctly.
