This notice affects MarketSpark customers who established service with MarketSpark prior to 2024.
Customers who established service with MarketSpark beginning in 2024, as well as customers' locations utilizing other services, such as Managed Serial Access, are unaffected.
Beginning Tuesday, November 3rd, from 5:00pm Pacific time and ending Tuesday, November 3rd at 10:00pm Pacific time, one of MarketSpark's upstream carrier partners will perform maintenance on their API servers. While this maintenance is in progress, MarketSpark's ability to check and present Location status to our customers will be affected.
No calls are expected to be affected, they are expected to operate normally.
No down time is expected during this maintenance.
